Welcome to Tuscany on the Lake
Located on Branson, Missouri’s beautiful Table Rock Lake, the Tuscany on the Lake Condominiums offer one of the most breathtaking lake views anywhere in the Ozark Mountains. Nestled in the heart of the Ozarks, Tuscany on the Lake promises classy and luxurious living with a Tuscan style like no others. With spacious condominiums, private balconies and the gorgeous lake view, Tuscany on the Lake makes for the perfect permanent residence or vacation home.
Tuscany on the Lake is the vision of Russell Cook and his family of Hollister, MO. A Missourian for more than 50 years, Mr. Cook has explored the great outdoors while hunting and fishing his entire life; and he definitely has an eye for beauty, which is exactly what he saw in the Tuscany on the Lake property.
In 1967, Mr. Cook founded Russell Cook Construction, Inc. and began his work in the excavation and construction industry. He and his crew began by installing water and sewer lines for housing projects. As the company grew, Russell Cook Construction, Inc. began doing the excavation work for hotel, motel and restaurant pads in the Branson, MO area.
For the next 32 years, Mr. Cook supervised and completed major projects in the area, including the excavation and infrastructures for Big Cedar Lodge with Johnny Morris, founder of Bass Pro Shop, and the Branson Creek Golf Course.
In 1999, Mr. Cook decided it was time to retire Russell Cook Construction, Inc. to spend more time with his family and have more time for some of the other hobbies he enjoys like hunting and fishing; however, Mr. Cook could not stay out of the excavation scene for too long. In 2003, Matt Beard, Mr. Cook’s son-in-law, began Beard Excavating with his father-in-law’s help. Over the next several years, Beard Excavating would grow into another respectable excavating company in the Branson-Hollister area.
In the spring of 2007, Mr. Cook decided retirement was not all he had dreamed, and he jumped full force back into the excavating and construction industry. Mr. Cook joined forces with Matt and his other son-in-law, Terry Poor, to oversee and control the TanStone Plaza project located in the heart of Branson, MO on 76 highway and Forsythe Street. In addition to the TanStone Plaza project, the father and son-in-laws’ team began the planning stages of the Tuscany on the Lake condominium project. Now that Mr. Cook and his family’s vision has become a reality, they are very excited to bring state-of-the-art condominiums with a Tuscan style to Branson, MO.
